The first people I thought of weren’t like, ya know the Avengers or some such nonsense. No, not me 🤣🤣  I thought of Agent Fox Mulder’s conspiracy theory proving pals, the Lone Gunmen. They even got their own eponymous spin-off show. To them, they do fight the good fight, working to uncover government and corporate conspiracies. This mismatched group are nerdy badasses, to me at least. Haha. The three of them assisted Mulder and Scully several times, giving their all. I always enjoyed episodes they featured in. Their own show had a more comic twist, and was great fun! Both shows- The X-Files and The Lone Gunmen– featured heavily during both a formative period of my life, and through a very difficult recovery from multiple surgeries.
