Life and Things
Well, as I mentioned in a weekly Mercenary Report, our property has a new buyer. Still waiting on appraisal, so hopefully by the end of March. fingers crossed
I got final approval to be in the NASH clinical trials. I get my first dosage of the med (or placebo) on March 14. In other exciting medical news, I had two biopsies done on my hand today (3/1) to see what the spots are. They used a teeny cookie cutter to get the samples, then stitched the spots. I go back in two weeks to get the stitches out.
The dermatologist initial tentative diagnosis is something called granuloma annulare. Apparently it has ties to things like thyroid disorders, and lupus both. Yay? Good news is that if that’s what it is, it’s completely benign, and will go away on its own. That may take many years but to remove it would be considered ‘cosmetic’.
Blog Stuff
Not much going on blog-wise. In writing-life, I’ve joined the Online Writer’s Workshop, and started review/critiquing. Hoping to put something of my own up soon. It’s inspired me to work on revision work, if not fully writing on my current active project. I’m getting more seed ideas though, for future stuff. We shall see how it pans out.
I got a Ganesha ring to help overcome writer’s block. I also got a rather neat deck of Ganesha oriented oracle cards. Made me want to get back into doing oracular readings again.
